Students bring laurels to the college every
year in the different contexts. Students participate in various cultural
activities like PTIS games, Athletics Meet and Youth Festival every
year. In this context our students have achieved glory in the field of
Academic, Sports as well as in Youth Festival with top positions by
getting merit position in the P.S.B.T.E. &I.T., Chandigarh.
Valuable
services with devotion and dedication of our highly qualified faculty
members with the fully equipped lecture halls, library, labs and
workshops have contributed a lot to produce the highly competent
engineers. Many students grab the top positions in the examinations
conducted by state board.
Besides touching the horizon in academic the
college aims at developing the students as great sportsmen. To touch
these heights students participate every year in Athletic Meet. In
the session 2008-09, during the 38th Inter Polytechnic
Athletic Meet held at P.A.P. grounds, students posted stunning victory
of the college by picking a big haul of medals and bagged the overall
trophy.
College provides the various opportunities for
the growth and all round development of the youth by making them
participate in co-curricular activities every year. Credit was brought
by the students in the session 2008-09 by bagging the gold and silver
medals in the Inter College Youth Festival held at government
Polytechnic College, Bathinda. |
