Lord Krishna Educational Society has been formed for imparting Technical & Job - oriented education to the youth of our State in the rural area. With this end in view, Lord Krishna Polytechnic College, Kapurthala has been established in 2003 to provide the quality education to the doorstep of a common man. Kapurthla is a formerly princely state. It is known as Paris of Punjab for having distinguished designing of the building by the Rulers of the Kapurthala. The Rail Coach Factory (RCF) and Science City are also a pride of the area. The Punjab Technical University (PTU) has also been setup at Kapurthala
